These Terms of Service apply to your use of the UGUIFY website and to any purchase you make from us. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Using our website

3. Prices

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
  • The price you see at checkout is final: delivery is free and there are no customs fees on delivery.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Price changes never affect orders we have already confirmed.

4. Orders and payment

  • When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you the shipping confirmation.
  • Please give accurate and complete billing and delivery details.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

5. Fulfilment and delivery

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our international fulfilment partner in China. We manage the whole process for you, and delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Product information

We take care to show accurate product photos, sizes and descriptions. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check the size guide and fit notes on each product page before ordering.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains your 14-day return right, how refunds work and your statutory rights.

8. Our liability

If we fail to meet these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. Apart from that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for business losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or where it would be unlawful to do so, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
