What if it doesn’t work for me?

Not completely happy with your purchase? You’re covered by our hassle-free 14-day return policy. Email support@uguify.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your satisfaction is our top priority at UGUIFY.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK time) are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 4–6 business days: 5–8 business days in total. Delivery is free on every order.

How do I care for my boots and jackets?

Boots and trainers: wipe with a soft, damp cloth and let them air-dry away from direct heat; brush faux suede with a soft dry brush. Coats and jackets: follow the care label, usually a gentle hand wash at 30°C or below; do not tumble dry. Each product page has its own care instructions.

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page has a detailed size guide for shoes (EU and UK) and clothing (UK sizes), plus a fit note for each style. If in doubt, contact us.

Where do your products come from?

Our boots, trainers and outerwear are sourced from carefully selected partner manufacturers, chosen for the quality of their materials and finish. Every order is checked by hand before it ships.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Within 14 days of delivery, return your item and place a new order for the size or colour you prefer. We refund the original item once it has been received and checked.
